An absolutely beautiful, solid and strong oak walking stick standing 39.5 inches tall. In days of old these were originally made from oak, not blackthorn. Blackthorn was introduced later; some of the earliest shillelaghs were made from oak and some from holly. A beautiful all-rounder made to last a lifetime.
